All our listings are located between Suthep and Nimman, with quick access to the Old City. Cafés, coworking spaces, daily essentials, and the airport are all close by. Walking and driving times vary slightly by unit but fall within the ranges below.
3–5 min walk: 7-Eleven, Groceries, Food

What is the location of your apartments like?
All of our apartments are just a 5-10 minute ride to Chiang Mai’s Old Town, near the Suthep and Nimman neighborhoods.
Suthep is a historic yet “real” community where you can hear monks chanting from Suan Dok Temple. Local fruit sellers remember your face, and Pun Pun restaurant is nearby. Nimman is modern and trendy, close to Yellow Co-Working Space, gyms, Seescape art gallery, and Rimping Supermarket.

What’s the internet speed like?
Our Fiber Wi-Fi is fast & reliable, with speeds between 500–1000 Mbps in all apartments. Perfect for video calls, & streaming. Each listing has its own Wi-Fi router. Most also have access to a backup network provided by the building for added reliability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Long-term stay policy: Strict
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
Can I get regular cleaning & laundry service?
Yes! We offer an optional cleaning & laundry package for 700 THB per session. It includes apartment cleaning, fresh bed linen & laundry service. We’re aiming to offer a more comfortable, serviced-apartment experience.
